Description:
Enter the world of strongman with Jon Whitlow (NAS, SPL, SOL, NASA), Charles Hedgespeth (NAS, NASA, SOL), and the rest of the "Meathead Maffia." Training will include log press, tire flips, atlas stones, farmers carry, yoke walk, keg loading, keg carry, and any other implements we can get our hands on.
